Diversity & Inclusion

The Coalition of Hope Foundation (COH) is committed to diversity & inclusion, equality & nondiscrimination, and indigenous, minority and multicultural understanding and respect. Broadly stated, COH is dedicated to the transformative principle of universality of human rights. Since our founding in 2010, we’ve embraced “Vires in Diversitatem… Strength in Diversity” as an organizational value which informs all aspects of our global operations and engagement.

The nature of our mission -- to provide global humanitarian assistance and disaster relief in response to the immediate unmet needs of vulnerable populations amid exigent circumstances, transcends any distinguishing characteristic apart from such compelling needs.

Our wide ranging multi-disciplinary international team is a critical element of our dynamic, forward-thinking organization. Its diversity - whether in terms of thought, actual or perceived race, color, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, nationality or national origin, religion or nonbelief, age, disability, culture, and experience, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group or other characteristics - makes us stronger, and shapes how we respond to what could conceivably be existential threats.

COH strives to invite the brightest individuals from around the world to join us. We are a unique organization with capacity to leverage expansive networks and resources to help those in distress. Our people reflect our strength of purpose.
