The humanitarian crises in Africa, the Middle East and Asia continue to spiral out of control. The international community has made inroads to alleviate this suffering but humanity’s needs greatly outweigh available resources.

One need only to contemplate the genocide in Darfur, the escalation of war in the Congo, disease erupting in Chad or the severe food and medical shortages in war-torn Libya, Mali, Ethiopia, Somalia and other areas of the under-developed world to understand the dire need of so many. It is this desperation that often contributes to the growing epidemic of crime and terrorism.

Concurrently, natural disaster can occur anywhere, at any time, (including the United States). Large-scale disaster-relief efforts require speed, specialized capability, equipment and crew, which would best be served by a ship specifically designed to accomplish this type of mission.

Our multinational charitable foundation was established in order to combat these many challenges by providing unique capability to distressed areas throughout the globe.

On March 30th 2012, the California-based, 2Life18 organization founded by David Perez, voted to join with the Florida-based COH Foundation established by Timothy J. Keegan. As a consequence, our newly combined organizations have expanded humanitarian and disaster-relief capability,

increased donor networking access and instituted a variety of innovative projects in order to achieve our notable mission-assistance goals for 2012.
